We are looking for a Platform / DevOps Engineering Intern to join Upsta Analytics and support AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational processes. You will work alongside a fractional DevOps engineer and senior platform mentors, gaining practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, observability, and production operations.

• Maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
• Assist with CloudWatch dashboards, alarms, and log investigation.
• Document operational runbooks and improve staging/production parity.
• Support deployment rollbacks and incident triage under supervision.
• Shadow on-call workflows and learn incident response procedures.
• Build practical skills in Docker, Linux administration, and AWS services.

• Comfortable working with the Linux command line.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Docker Compose.
• Understanding of Git workflows and basic Bash or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of HTTP, DNS, and SSL/TLS fundamentals.
• At least one project, lab, or repository demonstrating infrastructure or DevOps interest.
• AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and IAM are a plus.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Terraform, or infrastructure-as-code is an advantage.
• Basic Python knowledge for automation.
• Methodical troubleshooting and clear documentation skills.

• Experience with real deployment and operational workflows.
• Exposure to EU/US deployment practices and compliance-aware operations.
